1. Our Services

16.2 Non-Refundable Fees

All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing. Time, expertise, strategy, and reserved capacity become chargeable once work begins.

16.3 Late Payments

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated. Late payments may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of Services
  • Withholding of deliverables
  • Termination of the agreement

16.4 Missed or Abandoned Payments

Failure to complete agreed payments constitutes a material breach of contract. We reserve the right to:

  • Stop work without notice
  • Retain all completed and in-progress work
  • Deny future Services

16.5 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback or dispute without prior written communication is a violation of these Legal Terms.

17. User Data

We maintain data you transmit to the Services. You are solely responsible for your data, and we are not liable for loss or corruption.

18. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Using Services constitutes electronic communications. You consent to electronic records and signatures, which satisfy legal requirements.

19. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Severability applies. There is no joint venture, partnership, or agency created by these Terms.
