Account Overview
A brand new product, launched from zero. Nothing existed yet, which meant the one thing most sellers never get was on the table: the chance to build every part of the account correctly from the very start. Client identifiers have been removed. The Challenge
A launch is the single best moment to build an account right. Most sellers rush the product live and patch the gaps later, which quietly bakes in weak conversion and heavy ad dependence for months. The plan here was the opposite: get the entire customer experience right before and at launch, so the brand could earn its rank and grow on its own merits, with advertising as lean support rather than the engine. What We Did
Did the research before anything went live
Market and competitive analysis came first, so the product launched into a clear, deliberate position rather than guessing at what buyers wanted or where the gaps were.Built the listing to convert from day one
Title, images, bullets, and copy were all built to convert before a single ad ran, with every relevant keyword present so the listing could rank for what it targeted. Our guide to listing optimization for new product launches covers this step.Put the full brand foundation in place
A+ content, Brand Registry, and a Store were set up from the start, so the brand looked established and trustworthy to the very first customer.Structured variations, sizing and pricing
A proper variation family, correct sizes, and a deliberate pricing strategy meant nothing in the buying experience quietly cost a sale.Structured PPC from day one
Campaigns were built clean and organized from launch, so spend was efficient from the first dollar instead of being untangled later. The first 90 days launch PPC playbook shows the same structure.Kept PPC in its lane
Because the foundation converted and organic rank built quickly, organic carried most of the sales and PPC stayed in a supporting role. That discipline is how TACoS fell to 2.53% even as the account scaled. Results
Over five months the account grew from $2,573 in January to $58,553 in May. The number that tells the real story is the split: by May, 70% of sales came organically and only 30% from PPC, at a blended TACoS of 2.53%. Because the listing, content, brand, and pricing were all built to convert from the start, the brand earned its rank rather than renting it through ads.| Month | Total sales | PPC sales | Organic sales | Organic share | TACoS |

| February | $5,660 | $2,240 | $3,420 | 60% | 5.25% |

Month Four: An Efficient PPC Engine
By April the paid side was running at a 9.71% ACoS and a 10.30 ROAS. Efficient enough that it never needed to dominate the account. It simply supported the organic growth underneath it.
Month Five: Where It Landed
By May, PPC returned $17,387 in ad sales at an 8.51% ACoS, while organic carried the other 70% of a $58,553 month. Advertising was strong and efficient, but it was the support act, not the star.
Why Organic Did the Heavy Lifting
The foundation converted, so organic compounded. A listing that converts turns every visit, paid or organic, into rank. Because conversion was strong from day one, organic rank built fast and kept building. PPC never had to carry the account. With organic doing the heavy lifting, PPC stayed tightly targeted and efficient, holding an 8.51% ACoS and a 2.53% TACoS instead of being pushed to force growth. Nothing was left to fix later. Doing the research, content, brand, and pricing right before launch meant no weak point quietly cost conversions, the hidden tax most rushed launches pay for months. The Launch Lesson
How a product launches decides how much it will depend on ads for years. By building the full customer experience to convert before going live and structuring PPC from day one, this brand scaled to $58,553 a month with 70% of it organic and a 2.53% TACoS. Results depend on each product’s competition, pricing, reviews, and inventory. Planning a launch? Our product research and launch service builds the same foundation before you go live.
